Martin has a range of experience in economic regeneration, community engagement and policy development.  He has held senior management positions in the public and voluntary sectors including work as Manager for the Skills and Employment Development Unit and European Programes Manager at Leeds City Council and Community Engagement and Support Manager for South Gloucestershire Council.

Recent contracts include those with Creating Excellence, Faithnet South West and CVS South Gloucestershire.
