The practitioners in Common Places have a vast range of experience in working with Local Authorities. We have been commissioned to deliver low cost / high quality bespoke services, designed to particular needs. We are a Registered Social Enterprise and so have the beneficiaries of our services as our priority.
We can help you to support local community and voluntary groups in your area through our Administration and Coordination Service (click for more details). This is a low cost way of supporting local groups. We are happy to negotiate rates to support a number of groups in your area.
For wider support, we have particular expertise in Transformation / Change Management, Business Plans and Financial Appraisals; being able to combine our thorough and extensive development of such aspects with the appropriate community development skills and land use planning acumen. As a company, we have a unique ability to combine and deliver these types of project, given the range of skills within our team.
